On a Thursday, there were auditions for the Choir at my school. I was really interested in joining the choir, so I went for the auditions, and I was selected to join the wonderful choir team. So, now every Thursday I practice in the choir until 8.45 am.

At first, I thought it was going to be boring, but then as I sang along, it became more enjoyable and great fun.

We started practicing the One Big Voice song and were preparing for the concert. The concert was at RAC Arena on the 29th of August, 2025.

The next Thursday, we all gathered in the bus to head to the One Big Voice Concert in the city. As we arrived, we entered the RAC Arena and saw a lady with a microphone telling everyone their duties. We also practiced singing our songs with the show conductors.

As we were having our lunch, we saw parents slowly coming in to watch us. It also made me excited because I saw my dad walking inside the RAC Arena. We sang songs for everyone, and in the song ‘Light’, everyone grabbed their phones and turned on their torches and waved at us. It looked magical and pretty.

After the concert, I exited and started thinking about my performance and felt proud. I shared my story with my family and told my mom that I wanted to do it again next year because it seemed really fun and powerful.
